This is my disco rite tasting protein currently. I recommend these to everyone as they have a lot of protein and limited sugar. The only issue I have is that sometimes you'll get a bottle that is curdled.

I have a protein drink daily. I'm not trying to bulk up or get swoll. I just get hangry and this helps. 150 calories and 30 grams of protein. It's like melted chocolate ice cream. No gross chalky fake health taste. Delicious.
