It tastes just like normal milk but with a sweet vanilla flavor. . It is smooth and easy to drink. It has 30 grams of protein. I drink 1 every morning for breakfast in place of food. It fills me up enough till lunch time. You can drink it warm or cold. I also like to add a little to my coffee in place of creamer.

It does have sucralose and I personally dislike sucralose as a sweetener. I would not buy this product for this sole reason.

It has a lot of protein (30g) and less than 2g of sugar and tastes like vanilla. I also got to try the chocolate version and the consensus in our household is that the chocolate version is better. But that is only based on personal taste. If you like vanilla, this is a really good one to add to your grocery list.
