Ingredients balanced so well, you can get all essential components for daily needs. Stevia as organic sugar substitute, made it better for sweetness and only 2g. I chilled it the refrigerator upon receiving it so it would be nice and cold when I decided to drink it the following morning after waking up. It has a smooth texture and the first few sips were good and had a pleasant vanilla flavor but after the first few sips I did not find it as enjoyable. The taste started to get chalky-like and a not so nice vanilla flavor anymore.. I personally would not purchase this drink, it just isn't for me and my liking. I also would not recommend this drink due to my overall opinion of it is just not favorable and I can't recommend a product I don't like to anyone else.
