It's not chalky at all like a lot of vanilla flavored shakes etc. It was sweet but not too sweet and enough to fill that sugar craving.

I drink one of the chocolate or vanilla shakes daily to supplement my protein intake.  I just love them! These shakes were actually recommended to me by my Nutritionist, and I can't thank her enough. I understand why it's so hard to find the shakes. They are delicious and the texture is fabulous. I exclusively buy these and the Fairlife Skim Milk. It’s not terribly it’s just not my taste. However, it does have a lot of protein which I do need in a drink because I barely eat food.

I let my picky 9 yo try it and he drank it, without fussing. He even requested for me to buy more! It’s smooth and creamy, not clumpy like some protein powder drinks we’ve tried, which is a huge plus! I’ll definitely be adding to our grocery list! We all agreed that the chocolate flavor was the best, but vanilla is good. My kids agreed that it tastes like a milkshake. Win!!!
