I have only used this a handful of times, but I can see and feel a difference. I have medium length hair and I have been using two pumps of the shampoo. It latter's nicely. I also find the smell enjoyable. It rinses out of your hair easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pumps are great with these bottles. 2 pumps is perfect for shoulder length hair. It lathers up (not quite as much as I like) good enough to scrub good. It feels a little heavy on my hair and I can tell when I rinse I’ve used something different. The scent is fantastic. This will be good as an in between shampoo this winter when my hair gets dry. I can’t use it every day. After 4 days my hair feels greasy now. I’ll take a break and use this once a week or so.

I am so pleasantly surprised by this shampoo. It's rich but not overly heavy, and feels like it cleans without stripping your hair. It's not your classic Pantene scent, but I like the smell and it's not too strong. Honestly this shampoo is comparable to other products 4 times the cost.
