This is not the experience we want you to have and we appreciate your bringing it to our attention. We will share your comments with the rest of our team. As you likely already know, lack of shine is usually caused by dryness and split ends. Dry hair doesn’t reflect light and so it doesn’t shine. We suggest a more hydrating shampoo paired with a richer conditioner and leaving the conditioner on for up to five minutes.
