I find that I need to use at least three pumps to feel like I have enough in my hair. At first I did not feel a difference, but after a couple uses things are improving. I would buy again.

Unfortunately this conditioner did damage my color treated hair which is not what i wanted. After every use it seemed my color was fading. Overall though i would recommend if your hair is not color treated.

I also have frizzy hair and it also help tame that. I have also noticed my hair is shining as well which is not normal for my hair.
