I received the 3-pack and was embarrassed when the recipients told me the cards didn't work. I reached out to Sam's Club support and the issue had to be escalated because the giftcards are through a third-party. I am still waiting for a resolution.

I bought this at self checkout without any help from a cashier. I want to know if they are activated before I gift them.

$120 worth of Starbucks cards and none of them activated. Sam's states it's up to the retailer, Starbucks states there's nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY ONLINE!

Received these today and the Starbucks app says "This card is not active". Spent 1.5 hours on the phone to have both Sam's Club and Starbucks agents say, "There's nothing I can do". Now I have $60 of worthless plastic.
