My last dog had stomach issues and had to be grain-free. So I had never given him Milk Bones. Recently we got a puppy and my husband bought him a big box of milk bones. I wasn't sure if I was on board because I had always purchased organic fancy treats for my other dog. Well I am sold on these! My puppy goes nuts for them...more than any of the fancy stuff. This was a box of bones for my grand pups. They are big enough that they chew them, but small enough that they can have multiple bones. I cut them into small pieces and stuff them into her "boingy"(sic) and if I forget what time it is she sits near it and barks at me.

Although the small ones are still big fir my 15 lbs 5 month old pup, I break them apart into smaller sized ones and give them throughout the day. My oupu totally loves the crunch and is always excited everytime she hears me reach through the box to get a treat.

Someone gave me a few to try with our dogs. She couldn't give them to 2 of her 3 dogs because it gave them tummy trouble. Our 2 chihuahuas just took them when I offered and dropped them on the ground and sniffed them and walked away. I doubt I would buy them for that reason.
