I gave 4 stars because the biscuits are loose in the box instead of neatly stacked. It doesn't change the taste but makes for more broken treats and wasted biscuit dust.

I have several rescue dogs and half of them are large enough to eat this size bone. Every evening everyone gets a bone for being a good doggo. This size box is good for me since it lasts over a month. One problem I had from purchasing from another supplier was that they usually arrived with an extra supply of protein....weevils. Ugh! The ones from Sam's have always been clean and very few broken. These are only treats and cannot be used as a complete meal.

We've bought these for years. Our big boy eats at least 3 dog biscuits per day. Why do the last two boxes have pantry moths and larvae in them? From now on, we're only buying zip locked and sealed bags or containers of dog biscuits. Please Sam's Club, do better.

This bone is the least expensive per pound, so we cut them in half to give to our 30 pound dogs. The heart is the center of the bone, so we use a serrated knife and do about 5 strokes to cut a score line into it. It's then easy to snap in half. We usually do several at one time and fill our treat jar (a dog shaped cookie jar.) Hubby puts a sharpie marker on the counter and presses the score over it to snap them. (The clip on the marker cap keeps it from rolling away.)

I have Great Danes and I've been giving them two milk bones after every meal. I feel it cleans out and food particles from their meal and in over 20 years, I've never had to have my dogs teeth cleaned. EVER. My 10+ year old Dane still has fresh breath and great teeth. My vet is amazed at how good they are. I use them as treats, cleaning and any broken pieces (unfortunately some boxes have more than others) I add to my young Danes food. She won't eat dry food mixed with her home made food, and will refuse to eat it. When I add the broken milk bones to her food, she gobbles it up. Now if they would just make a dry dog food from the same recipe, I would be thrilled and their number 1 customer.

I ordered online.When I received the milk bones they were not in a sealed package.They were so hard my 23 lb dog could not chew.Do not seem to be fresh.I had to use a small hammer to break upland still my dog would not eat the bone.I will be returning to the store
