I was keeping my sister's very small dog (appx 7 #'s) & all i had was treats for my large dogs which even broken up were too much for the little dog. I purchased the Milk Bone soft & chewy & the little dog loved them & they were easy for her to eat. She learned real quick when we have "cookie time" at night and give our 6 (large) babies their treat. I wish they made them for large dogs so older dogs that have a little trouble chewing could easily eat their treat.

The first ingredient in these bones is chicken. When we got our dog, we were his third owners and his first owner had given him these all day long. While we don’t do that, he gets several a day. He does not let them stay in his bowl long at all. He’s a picky eater normally but these are foods he eats instantly. We usually buy four (2-chicken & 2-filet mignon flavor) of these at a time and when I open the last jar, I order more.

This item is normally carried in clubs around Christmas time and no other time. My dogs absolutely LOVE these soft bones. I used to buy up to try to get thru the rest of year. I trust the Milk-Bone brand and have bought their classic hard chew treats for years. I thought I would try the soft and chewy treats as a change of pace for my 2 dogs. They are ages 9 and 6 years, and they get very excited for these treats. They're a good value too!

My 3 Dogs like them. They smell Kinds salty so I wonder how healthy they can be. I accidentally left the top off over night and they dried up some so make sure you keep the lid on. It's a good quick treat to make the pups happy and get their attention when I need it.

My very particular dog - usually rejects store bought treats - loves these. I only bought because they were on sale, planning to give to a neighbor when she rejected. I was much surprised when she didn't. I'm the one who's not so sure because now that she's aware these are in the house she's always following me around hoping to convince me to give her one.
