The gel cap is easy to swallow, has no fishy taste that other brands do. My stiff knee is not so stiff of late, is it the Krill Oil? It's the only thing different in my routine, so I'm going to credit that to the Oil. Good for general health maintenance.

Says they are good for heart health yet when my husband took them, he felt like his heart was racing. There's no fishy aftertaste, the pills are small and tolerable on your stomach. I think perhaps we need to give it some time and see how we both feel. I've always trusted members mark products, this may have good results after long term use. To each their own... Everyone has to see what works for them.. I do recommend trying them as they seem like they are the same as fish oil pills.

I am so pleased to have found a product that suits. I have been taking these Krill Oil softgels for over two weeks now. There is a school of thought that says Krill oil is better for cholesterol numbers than regular fish oil. We shall see if that is true in the long term. I am willing to give it a try. Nevertheless, there are other perceived health benefits and that is good enough reason to take these high quality softgels. I have not experienced any side effects since I started taking them. Just as important to me are the sustainability aspects. It is good to see that the manufacturers subscribe to best practices where the ocean is concerned and have received certification from a recognized body.

He said he notices a huge difference in the pill! The outside of the pill tastes better than a reg fish oil. He takes less pills a day with Krill, only 2 pills a day, because of the strength. He has a better after taste through the day, with the krill, too! No heartburn or burps. Over all he's very happy with the upgrade and will continue on with the Member's Mark 100% Pure Omega-3 Krill Oil, 350 mg. It's a purer form of recommended fish oil.

My doctor wanted me to incorporate more fish into my diet but the problem with that is I HATE fish with a passion. I decided to try these Krill oil capsules in hopes I would not taste fish. I was not disappointed!! I take these in the morning with breakfast and taste nothing throughout the day!! Will buy again!!

Krill oil is better than fish oil, but it is expensive.
