Krill oil I think sounds weird, but the health benefits are great. I take the Pure Omega 2 and 350mg which is also great. Strong enough but not so strung it all leaves my system. I would highly recommend trying this.

I was expecting it to smell fishy, but when I opened the bottle to take a whiff, It had a nice odor. The capsules are also smaller, but the roundness in the middle made it a little more difficult to swallow.

The soft gels are smaller than other brands I've tried. I hate taking "horse pills". They do not smell fishy. They did not cause me to burp, thus fishy burps were not an issue, I hate those. So all-around a very pleasant experience.

The gel cap is easy to swallow, has no fishy taste that other brands do. My stiff knee is not so stiff of late, is it the Krill Oil? It's the only thing different in my routine, so I'm going to credit that to the Oil. Good for general health maintenance.
