These cashews looked amazing - plump- almost all of them were still whole and had not separated into halves. I was so excited until I tasted them. They taste like they rubbed up against a moth ball in production. The after taste was like a straight pesticide taste. So unless you like mothballs I would not suggest buying them!

I always buy these when I visit Sams but twice now I have purchased cashews that taste like burnt old peanut oil. Don’t even taste like cashews. They need to do a better job of changing the oil when cooking them. Now I know to not buy the darker batches. Not Good!

I DON'T TYPICALLY REVIEW FOOD PRODUCTS BUT THIS IS ONE THAT WE HAVE BOUGHT MANY TIMES AS IT IS ONE OF MY HUSBAND'S FAVORITE SNACKS! THIS BATCH, HOWEVER CAUSED SEVERE STOMACH DISTRESS IN EVERYONE WHO ATE THE. THEY ALSO HAVE A STRANGE TASTE, DIFFICULT TO DESCRIBE BUT "almost" STALE WITH A TOUCH OF CHEMICAL.

I formerly loved this product. Is however they are no longer gluten-free. I Get that there could be other nuts in them but it would not seem hard to produce nuts in a factory where Wheat could be excluded. Natural, Raw, Salted and roasted are by far the largest portion of the market. It's not just silly acts that have to avoid gluten. It's other people with autoimmune disorders as well.

I thought this product was excellent and will buy again. Mine did not have a strong peanut taste and were mostly whole pieces, unlike some of the 1 star reviews. So, maybe it comes down to the quality of a certain lot from a certain supplier? I bought mine online and picked it up from the store, so, I did not even shop from a shelf for the best looking one. Just random draw from the Sam's club picker. I usually have a 1/3 of a cup of cashews in the morning, as a treat, with my Quaker oatmeal and cinnamon (both from Sam's Club - make my own). So, I have had two weeks to form the opinion about the taste and quality. Your mileage will vary.

I buy these often . My grand children love them also . However, I used to buy the Queen whole cashews from Sams and feel that they were worth the money . At least 98%of the cashews were really whole . The ones now are same price or higher and a lot of them are not whole. They r broken . Still good but somewhat disappointed ☹️.

I have purchased these cashews just to snack on while watching TV. However, I would not purchase them for special occasions. There are a lot of chips and pieces, which is really disappointing. You would expect to find some broken nuts, but this product is mostly pieces. So, think twice about purchasing them for ant special occasion.

Bad batch, bug holes and spots on some nuts. Most are delicious but some tasted like diesel or chemical like fertilizer. One nut each time with such a horrible taste I had to spit out and rinse out the flavor. I noticed spots on some of the halves and I just can’t eat them again nor get a return. So sad because I normally am pleased with this brand.

Poor quality and stale. Will be returning.
