They taste great and the effects from one lozenge last a couple hours for me. There are so many that come in this pack, so I feel like I really have a shot this time at actually quitting. In order to wean myself down, I plan to break the lozenges in half after a couple of weeks. These lozenges will definitely help but a strong will and determination to quit is still needed.

Why I think lozenges are best. When it comes to smoking cessation aids, it has been my experience that trans-dermal patches feel like worthless placebos.
