Great tasting ext. than it got slimy and gross and got a instant stomach ache and had to spit it out. I personally don’t like these. I will try one again to make sure maybe down the road but for now they are being put up and forgotten

I've been using them for a couple of weeks now and I am so pleased!! I am down to less than a half of a pack a day and considering that I was at 2 1/2-3 packs a day I would say that's great!! The cravings are now few and far between and I plan on continuing with this program until I am completely done smoking. I absolutely recommend these. Good luck to anyone trying to kick the habit. I know that I am feeling a lot better now, my breathing is better, everything tastes better and I don't have to be embarrassed because I smell like an ashtray. They're definitely worth trying.

These nicotine lozenges can help but you have to help to. I have done great and sometime I slip up but I have one goal and it’s to stop. They taste ok. But I’m not a mint flavor person but they work. I like they come in different bottles with only a few in each to keep them from not being fresh. I can take them in a pocket or purse since they are small to carry around. Follow instructions is a must.

I tried really hard to like these Member's Mark Nicotine Lozenges. I thought they tasted kinda chalky. Maybe it was the mint flavor and another flavor would taste better, I'm not sure? I couldn't keep it in my mouth for more than a minute or two before I had to spit it out.

You can't drink or eat anything before during or after using for at least 30 minutes. You also have to spit often, because you can not swallow your saliva.
