The lozenges are pretty big in size but they were still easy to take! The instructions were very easy to follow and really helped when it came to fighting the craving for a cigarette.

I often forgot I had them, but that may have been a mix of trying to switch a long time habit and not caring one way or the other for them. They also didn't help push off cigarettes cravings much longer than it took to finish eating them.

As a long time smoker, I use nicotine replacement for times when I can't or don't want to smoke. Better flavor would make me want to use this more often which would be better for my health.
