I got these lozenges to help ans not quit cold turkey because it hasn't worked for me in the past. These are amazing they help my cravings I am not so cranky and they go down easy and dont have a after taste.

I have used a lozenge daily, and make it last throughout the day by using it and then putting it in a baggie until I need it again. I smoked close to a pack of full-flavored cigarettes a day before attempting to quit. The lozenges really go a long way. I will be able to curb my cravings for a very long time. My family and friends are shocked at how easy it has been for me. I would highly recommend these lozenges to anyone trying a cessation program.

It taste like sweet mint, and has helped so much withy cravings. I can chew these whenever a craving starts and keep myself under control.

You can't drink or eat anything before during or after using for at least 30 minutes. You also have to spit often, because you can not swallow your saliva.

The mint helps with the cravings and are not as restrictive as patches. The taste is something you get used to easily. The package seems like it contains more than enough to quit,but that remains to be seen. Thank goodness for products of this quality and amount for a good price.

Although the taste wasnt to pleasant, i think i would pick a different flavor mint isnt not my favorite for this product i think it was a little to strong of a taste but that could just be me also but other wise this worked great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lozenges are larger than expected and lasts 20-30 minutes when slowly dissolved in my mouth. The mint flavor is refreshing and the size of bottle is little larger than others that I've seen, but still convenient enough to take it in my bag. You'll still need will power and consistency when trying to quit, but this will make the quitting a lot easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 30 years of a pack and a half habit a day, and many, many times of trying and failing to quit, I decided to try these lozenges. I opted for the 4 mg because I was a little nervous about using them. It's been 85 days and I have not had a single cigarette since the first day I began using these lozenges! No one is more surprised than I am! The first two weeks I was not struggling, but just restless, feeling something was missing. I did not get cravings, per se, but rather just an automatic reaction to things of reaching for a cigarette, and realizing I was not going to have one. Not a terrible craving, but more of a disappointment at the fact I was not going to have one. I filled my time with work, exercising, playing games on my phone, and cleaning my house till it was spotless. By the third week, the restless feeling had vanished and by the fourth week I was no longer automatically reaching for a cigarette. After the first month, I had absolutely no desire for a cigarette. On the rare occasion that I do think of it, I just get up and do something and the feeling is gone. And I'm talking rare, like maybe once every few weeks. And even then it's not a strong desire for a cigarette, it's just a feeling that something is missing. These lozenges definitely were the push I needed to quit and as I said, I only used the 4mg. I would imagine the 2mg would be an even greater help if you are so declinclined for a lesser dose. Definitely worth trying if you want to quit. I feel they've been a miracle for me!
