Walnuts are great source of omega 3, although Member's Mark walnuts have about a third of a bag of dry nuts.

I ordered a bag of walnuts and the bag was opened …I reported it and Sams was notified and sent a replacement.

Already rancid when we bought them. We had to throw them out. Complete waste of money and really disappointing.
