2 paws

Our senior dog is 12 and he’s very picky about treats but he loves to eat. I came across these because they were vet recommended on the website for oral care. He’s had two professional teeth cleanings in his life and I brush his teeth but he does not approve I first bought these last summer and I really feel like they work. At first we had to heat them up for 10 seconds and then he would eat them after about a week he takes them like candy. They have really helped freshener’s breath and definitely got rid of some of the plaque and tartar.

My dogs love these treats!

Both of my dogs love these treats and know what "Dental Chew" means! They literally wake me up to get them one every morning. My little guy has food allergies and these treats are very allergy friendly and the only dental chews that have never made him sick.

Tartar is disappearing

I've used several chewable dental treats that are approved by the VOHC (Veterinary Oral Health Council), but these are the best. There was some lingering tartar on my pup's canines that no other dental treat had budged. Since we've been using these treats for the past few months, the tartar is disappearing!

DO NOT BUY!

First time buying this product, within a month our dog was dead. We took our dog to the veterinarian because he was vomiting and had diarrhea. The vet told us that the bones were not breaking down during digestion. This caused an infection and our dog didn't make it. DO NOT BUY!

Didn't settle well

These treats made both of my dogs ill with upset stomachs and diarrhea. They are larger dogs, lab and border collie (mixes) and nothing ever seems to bother them. I gave them each half of a treat, but it did not settle well. Thought maybe it was a fluke, and tried again a week or so later. Again, neither dog could tolerate them.

Not digestible

While it helps with bad breath issues, you're better off just having your dogs teeth cleaned by the vet & doing maintenance. It took my poor dog 3 times before she got this out of her system. It was visible in her stool as long white stringy pieces. Took her to the vet & was cautioned to never give these again. Tossed the bag of which only 2 we're given. Waste of money & you're dog might get impacted. Better to be safe than sorry

Great Product!

My GSP's love these chews. My dogs prefer these chews over the Greene's. Even my vet has commented how he see's less tartar since I've been giving the Sam's dental chews. My dogs have had no issues with vomiting or digestion. Please don't stop making them!!

Absolutely amazing

I gave a bag to my daughter. After I seen results on my dogs. We were talking about getting dental cleaning on her dog. Which is quite expensive mind you. She was also amazed that it removed the tarter and plaque build up in her little dog and removed what I called the death breath. She called me and thanked me for saving her the money from taking Mia to the vets for dental cleaning. She gives her a 1/2 a bone a day.

We call them Crack bones for a reason

Our 9 year old 100 lb mixed breed loves his nightly "Crack bone" as well call them. If we aren't at home and 7:00 rolls around he will start pestering us. If we are home he will sit insistently in front of the treats until he gets his bone. We actually ran out once and he was annoying us so bad we made the 20 minute drive to Sam's club to get him another bag before they closed for the night. He has always had great reviews from the vet and she says she can't believe how good his teeth are for his age. Yes, they are costly...but our baby loves them! Please don't change these or discontinue them.

Dogs Love Them But…

My dogs love these dental treats and I have been purchasing them for quite some time. However, I will no longer purchase them because they almost never have 30 in the bag. I am always cheated 1 bone. I know this for a fact because I have two dogs who get these daily and I’m always short at the end of the bag.
