Awesome 'unending' roll!

OK, not really, but it won't need to be replaced for some time! I _always_ save the slide cutter (for last 10+ years) and move it to the next box ... I highly recommend you do the same if you have one. The metal edged cutter has always sucked.

The End

Ok it worked until end of roll. The sides are fused together. I have about half inch thick left on roll. Have to use knife to separate, in order to get a full piece. Towards end you will have a difficult time.

Doesn't stick to all plastic

This product used to be better (stuck to everything) when they carried the "daily chef" brand. I bought the member's mark version for work and it does not work as well. It resists sticking to certain plastics. :(

Glue Another Slide Cutter onto the Box

I had used a "Stretch-tite" but could not fund it at Sams so I glued the SLIDE CUTTER I used onto the NEW box of this sam's film roll. I hope Sams will sell the one with a slide cutter.

Honest review

Member’s Mark 3000 ft (12in x 3000 ft) the film roll definitely isn’t 12 inches wide. It is also very thin. I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.

daily chef food service film

Just opened and could not figure out how to set up the cuttter. Watched a YouTube video but I already ruined the box. Poor instructions. Then I read reviews and wish there was a slide cutter. The only thing good about this is the width.

I want to return!

Home use? I wouldn’t use in a commercial business! Wrap is thin, doesn’t tear easy. Usually has a hole in from prior tear - hate it. I’m thinking about tossing it and going back to Glad wrap.

Thin, thin, thin, and will not cling tightly

I consumed the last few feet of film from this Member's Mark product and switched back to Kirkland even though the price was substantially higher because the aggravation rendered by this film was not at all worth it for me.

Disappointment!

Was so disappointed that this box had no slide cutter and plastic is ultra thin making tearing off difficult at best. I loved the roll I had before with the slide cutter and thought I was getting the same product. Will be forced to discard this one.

The cutting blade edge is not safe.

Years ago this came with a "slide cutter", made from plastic. Now it has a sharp-edged cutter edge that is NOT user friendly. Even though we followed the instructions to feed the plastic film through the top of the box, and inserted the blade upright in front, two things would happen: 1) we had to keep opening the top to get the next part of the plastic film ready to go thru & cut. 2) when we tried to leave the cutter edge toward the outside of the box, it then left the cutting edge exposed, and potentially there to cut fingers . Wish they would come back with the slide cutter which would be safer. Other brands in stores (with a smaller size roll) have the slide cutter - MUCH more efficient.
