When I found out how BAD vegetable oil is for you, I switched to Coconut oil. I use it when popping fresh popcorn, I also use it when baking in place of vegetable oil. I love the taste, plus it's organic. It's a win win!!

This is the first coconut oil I have ever bought that really, really tastes like coconut. Good to use for a lot of things, but for a savory dish I would avoid it, unless you do want your dinner to taste like coconut.

The Sam's Club Members Mark Coconut oil is so useful for many things. I mostly use it for cooking and baking. My daughter likes to use it for cosmetic type uses. The Sam's Club price is so much better and the container is a larger size too.
