Was considering these for Xmas gifts but, although seeming to be packed well, they were really broken up around the perimeter top to bottom. Tasty and a nice tin, but who wants to give mostly crumbles. Only Sam's item with which I've had issue and hope others receive better product. Maybe some that didn't fall off the truck more than once.

I buy these cookies every year. We love them. We bought them for Christmas. But were gone before then..None were broken for us. But we did buy them at the store. Tins do dent easy. But i just look for one thats not bent..As for shipping these. The way they handle my other items in shipping,I'd never ship these... Their shipping personal do not take care you each product..I think they kick them around like footballs..lol

These cookies are wonderful.Yes occasionally some of the cookies are broken. That is ok I just put the broken ones in a bowl with milk. Buy every year.

My daughter has always disliked these, but this year, she discovered she LOVES them!! She refuses to allow me to order more because she knows she will eat them all!!

Is anyone else taken aback at how small these cookies are? They have been a traditional staple in throughout my childhood and adult home for decades! I am so disappointed. It’s also not letting me attach a photo.

I liked the cookies when I got it from store then purchased online for twin packs to be delivered and I received the cookies were almost all crushed on both tins. Do not buy it online.

I always buy these at Christmas time. Wouldn't it be nice to get these all year in seasonal packaging and holiday tins? Just saying.🤷‍♀️ They are awesome cookies.

Ordered the case with 2 large cans. Box looked perfect when it arrived. Opened it and the tins looks great. Opened the tins and the cookies were CRUSHED! It's like someone tried to crush everything.

Majority of the cookies were broken. I was planning on giving them to someone but after opening one of the cans, I was so disappointed. More than half of the cookies were broken and crumbs. The bottom layer was not even in paper cups.
