I am so disappointed by how rough these are. Mid-flu I ran out of the old MM tissues and bought these. They are so rough and uncomfortable! This drop in quality has happened with these tissues as well as the MM napkins which are also very rough, and uncomfortable to use. Please don’t do this to MM paper towels!

I have been members mark tissues for years. I use alot of tissue, aprox 6 boxes a week. The quality used to be great. As of the end of 2020 tge quality is now very bad. Tissue is poorly and cheaply made. Big tissue clods fall off the tissue box. Looks like little cotton balls. Too much dust fluff from tissues. One box of tissue will drop off enough fluff balls to contaminate the table, floor, and wall where tissue box is located. I will never buy another members mark tissue again. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

I've bought this many times and watched as the amount contained went down and the tissue size seems to be smaller in size. The box is the same size as once was but the tissues aren't packed in there and are looser to make the box appear to hold more. This is across products not just this particular one. We the people are being given less for the same or more cost.

So the absorbency isn't quite sufficient (more mucous per blow than paper to contain it), but I'm not sure what I expected for a dollar a box. (Ironically, the boxes say on the bottom,"Quality you deserve.") My main problem was that in some of the boxes, the tissues didn't cleanly pull out; they stuck together and ripped - a waste of time and paper. I won't buy these again. Also wished there was a "Contact us" link on the Sam's website, as I have severe hearing loss and don't do so well with phone calls. And the 800 number hours (9-5 weekdays) aren't particularly convenient.

I buy these all the time and all the boxes last a while so imagine the disappointment when I purchased it this LAST time to find them smaller, thinner, and not as soft. I'm tired of Sam's playing switch r roo. Get you used to a product and then change the quality of the product. If it ain't broke don't fix it! I will not be buying these anymore. Sadly back to the name brand

Usually I buy Kleenex Ultra Soft because other brands create chaffing sores under my nose when I am blowing my nose a lot. But I thought I would give these a try because if they turned out to be good, I could save a lot of money. But they were just about the roughest tissues I have ever used. I ended up giving them to the local school.

Product itself is comparable to the major brand, and better than most other house brand of the same ply. Generous count, sturdy cardboard exterior, when opening it did not tear half the top off the dispense area as some brands tend to. Holds up to allergy season use. Will buy again, deducted one star only because the colors and patterns available were unacceptably ugly in 1971, so bafles me why Im seeing geranium gold and peapod greens paired with navy and just....please adjust to some degree? Even if not, Ill still buy this was a great value purchase.

Tissues seem to be okay. Not quite as thick as i usually buy, but acceptable especially for a great price. The one thing that is kind of a turnoff is they have a slight odor. It is not a horrible smell y certainly unexpected since they are supposed to be unscented. Kind of smells like a combination of leather and lot of cardboard boxes

I have put these side by side the kleenex brand and I can't tell the difference. Same soft but strong feel. The biggest difference is the Members Mark brand has a lot more sheets in each box. The over all cost for this big package is fantastic! The boxes have a few different designs that are nice looking as well.

Hmmm. I’ve been buying tissues, Kleenex tissues, for years. I like them the best. Something about the box design and the softness. So when I saw these on sale for less than a dollar a box, I thought I’d try them. I love sams brand soft toilet tissue, so I was expecting the same quality and level of softness. I’m sad to report, that is not the case. These tissues are rough and not soft and super translucent almost thin. I will not be purchasing them again. My noggin needs softer paper, and if you time it right you can get Kleenex for $1 a box on sale.
