recently, the tissues smell like corn chips. I've purchased these several times before, and they were decent. it's a sickening smell. what have you done to them? no more for me

These used to be the best tissues for the price but they changed how they made it completely. It's so dusty when i use it and the tissue crumbles so easily when your snot hits it.

These are no longer soft! I have been buying these for several years and they were comparable to a name brand. What happened? I can't risk purchasing again.

These tissues were great, but the quality has gone down. Some of the tissues feel soft and others are not. I have been buying these for over 10 years. The quality has only changed this last year.

I’m very picky as to the facial tissue I use. When I went to the eye specialist, they gave me a tissue to wipe the excess eye drop with. I really liked it and checked out the box when they left. I was really surprise to find that it was Member’s Mark brand because it was strong and yet soft. I have been using the bathroom tissue for ages and now will be using the facial tissues as well.

Let me begin by saying, I am very picky when it comes to tissues. I love to (and it is a huge goal for me to) save money wherever possible, but there are several particular products I just will NOT stray away from my favorite name brand, and tissues has always been one of those products my ENTIRE 30 years of "grown-up" shopping experiences. I admit, I was reluctant to try these, because I've tried SO many store brands and nothing ever compares to my favorite Kleenex. However, I finally took the plunge and ordered these since we have been going through SO many tissues this cold/flu season (and w/allergies.) I have been purchasing the Kleenex multi-pack at Sam's for MANY YEARS. The bottom line = these are GREAT tissues! The other day, after I grabbed a couple tissues, I had to look back at the box because I wasn't sure if they were Sam's or Kleenex - I honestly couldn't tell the difference. I am definitely going forward with purchasing ONLY these tissues!!! Another GREAT PRODUCT, Sam's Club! THANK YOU!!! :)

These are great but there’s a lot of loose tissue in between each tissue so when i pull one out all the loose tissue goes flying around the house. It’s loose like confetti. It sticks to the tissue sheet and gets inside my nose too. But the tissue itself is good.

I usually buy this tissue from Sam’s and it’s always been soft and reliable. But this time, about half of the tissues were rough and scratchy—not the soft texture I’m used to. Not sure what happened, but the quality definitely felt off. Still a fan of the product overall, but this batch was disappointing.

I'm normally very pleased with almost everything that I buy from Sam's Club but not with this product. My complaint is that it is so thin that I have to use at least two tissues each time. That results in half the product and cost me twice as much. When I buy facial tissues in the future, I will stick to a name brand. This is probably the first time I've been disappointed in Member's Mark brand.

These are my go-to facial tissues. They are of good quality, reasonably priced, and quite conveniently packaged as a cube of 12 boxes. I keep my linen closet stocked with these so they are always on hand (we have a box of facial tissues in every room of the house - allergies !)
