Idk what's up with this dog food, but it made my husky incredibly sick. It's expected for dogs to have stomach problems when switching foods, yes. But - we are talking endless mounds of dung inside my house for two weeks. She always finishes her food and she would only eat this if she was absolutely hungry. I bought the H‑E‑B brand to see if it would help and she has yet to have any more diarrhea.

I had been using another premium brand and thought I'd save a few dollars and try this Triton My labrador retriever would eat it no problem, but I noticed his coat starting to get wiry with No sheen and then he started scratching and licking incessantly. We tried everything. - switching back to a premium brand dog food eliminated all of this. I'm sure some dogs can eat it without issue. Others will have sensitive skin issues

Unfortunately, i had a very bad experience this time. It was the first time. I ordered two 25 lb. Bags of morton table salt. I like to buy thing in bulk. To my surprise, i always look at expiration dates and both bags expired 18 months ago. Now, I have to go back to the store and hopefully I can find 2 bags that actually have expiration dates that are a couple of years out. Since I was sold 2 bags that had expired 18 month earlier.

Dogs hate it-literally haven't eaten in two days since opening and starting to try it :-( we've changed and switched dog foods so many times I can't even count. Generally they don't have problems with any of them. This dog food I noticed has a very well “interesting smell” lets say to keep it pg. We're on day 3 so we decided to buy another brand at our local store.

I bought this back in October 2022 and late December when I had a quarter of the bag left, my dog started pooping BLOOD. I've read reviews of people saying the same thing but it was mixed reviews. Please do not risk it. I had to switch her immediately off the food.

Thought I'd give it a try and had the "new and improved" label on it. I usually buy Purina products, but the ingredients and protein content were pretty impressive. I like that the product is not too big and not too small, so can be give to my Lab or Shitzu. And they both had no difficulty changing brands. I did mix them together for about a week,just to get them used to it, but it's working out fine and the price is great.

Also, the bag holding the dog food is porous and the oily/fat content seeps through the bag and will stain your concrete floor if you do not place something between the dog food bag and the floor.

All 4 dogs (labs and goldens) used to love this food. It was out of stock for a while. When it came back in stock, ordered it and started feeding it again. One dog is now pooping twice as much. Two dogs were vomiting, not consistently, but had never done so before. The last dog pretty much has turned her nose up at it. It took us a while to figure out that it is probably the food (after talking to other family members). I am not sure if the formulation changed, but my dogs definitely are not happy with it.

I switched to this from the salmon because they are always out of it. After I switched both dogs had nonstop bloody diarrhea. We switched them to a completely different brand and they are fine. I don't know what it in the chicken and rice but it's terrible.

We bought this as we usually get the salmon but it was out of stock. All 4 of our dogs were vomiting and had diarrhea from the food. We ended up having to take them to the vet where they were given IV's and medication for the vomiting and diarrhea. This dog food ultimately cost us hundreds in vet bills.
