Purchased the Lavender scent. Was a little concerned about how strong the scent may be because my trash can is in an enclosed pantry. There is a definite lavender scent, but it is pleasant and not overpowering. The scent seems to last 3-5 days before starting to fade, it varies depending on what goes in the trash. Since these are "flex" bags, they do not immediately fill my trash can all the way to the bottom, but they do expand as items are added. I have had no issues with tearing or ripping. The seams hold up well and the tie strings do not pull out. Overall, very pleased and would definitely purchase again.

I have purchased other name brands from Sam's as well as from other stores, but the Member's Mark is a competitive price for a decent quality trash bag. I have not had them leak, and they have been strong enough not to tear, so this is my preferred choice to buy.

I prefer Member Mark over the name brand. From price, the strength and especially the tie. The tie is heavier and easier for me to use. Thank you that I am able to choose the Original. ANY fragrance, even in trash bags, is not good for me and family.

I purchased these bags as they looked similar to the brand name bags I was buying but at a much better price. The bags did not disappoint. They are every bit as strong and durable. I am able to fill my trash container and then manage to squeeze in a bit more garbage. I have never have one leak or tear open. I will definitely keep buying.

I have been purchasing Member's Mark Power Flex Tall kitchen bags for more than 5 years. This is the first time I've purchased the lavender scented. It is a nice, light scent. It helps keep my kitchen trash can smelling fresh and odor free, yet the scent does not overwhelm.

These bags are perfectly fine regarding strength and durability. But the scent is so very strong. That instead of keeping the bags in the cupboard I had to move them into a laundry room, farther away. And when you put the bag in the can you can still smell it for two days without even getting particularly close to the Kia

I have been using these bags for a couple of years now. It is a great item to purchase in bulk because one box will last for several months. I recently purchased the scented bags and I now love them even more. Good quality, strong enough to hold even heavy items. Definitely worth buying.

200 garbage bags in a nice, strong box...lavender scent made me apprehensive that i’d have an overwhelming, cheap fragrance permating the kitchen, but not so! The fragrance is subtle and nice and the bags are good and strong. I look forward to quantity solutions that keep my number of shopping excursions to a minimum.

These are the best tall kitchen trash bags I've ever bought, and I've been around a long time. They fit the trash can with plenty of room, thick enough a great stretching with no tears, plus the scent is great and not overpowering. The price is wonderful.

These bags used to not have a fragrance. I loved those bags and gave them a 5 star. This time when I reordered online, I was sent the bags but now they have a fragrance. I am very sensitive to perfumes and fragrances. I try to avoid all products with added perfumes and fragrances. The fragrance in the bags causes me problems with sneezing and coughing. I hope they still market them without an added smell. If not, then I need to find another maker of trash bags that are fragrance free. Very disappointing as I really like the trash bags.
