This EVOO is so good. I use it mainly for Roasted Baking pan meals...meat or fish, cut veggies & unpeeled red potatoes. Spritz with this EVOO and spices of my choice. One pan cleanup. I use it on my stovetop cast iron griddle when cooking eggs or thin sliced chicken breasts (brined in EVOO and spices) Delicious

Great price but poor quality. The all natural ingredients and great price persuaded me to give this product a try. Unfortunately I found the item to not boast the same non-stick value that Pam and other similar products provide. Moreover, the product impacted the cooking force of my pans - so is not working in the way I had hoped it had.

I started using this product a few months back. At first, I used it as a greaser for the bottom of my baking pans for the desserts I occasionally make. I then figured I could also use it as a replacement to butter when I made eggs in the morning. It's now the first thing I reach for when I do either of these things. The butter stays in the fridge unless it's needed for bread toast or scrambled eggs. This IS the healthier alternative to butter and things like sunny-side up eggs and baked desserts just taste better.
