This is a Hit and miss product! Some bags are good other bags are oily or the meat is extremely hard to eat.

I enjoy these steak strips as a snack while working outdoors. A couple of pieces passify my hunger. Easy to chew too!

Nice and tender as far as jerky goes. However, the flavor is a little too mild for me. I like mine with more black pepper on it.

these aren't tender enough for how thick cut they are. I hade to shave them down with a knife to make them more edible. Have me a jaw workout.
