Soft, moist and tender steak strips. Almost melt in your mouth unlike other beef jerky type products. We liked this product so much we gave numerous bags for holiday gifts, and everyone loved them. I can count on Member's Mark products to be great quality and value.

I love beef jerky but its' SO expensive. I was so happy to find this! I bought one bag to try and went back and bought 3 more. It has a hint of sweetness to it and is a bit sticky. I looked on the ingredients and it has some brown sugar in it. But I like it!

Great, I wish they offered peppered and also tougher. So often jerky company's offer tender or normal but nobody really makes the REAL jerky of 40yrs ago. I personally like it tough-Take note jerky makers; if I want it tender I will eat steak. Though this is pretty good.

I bought this when the other brand we wanted wasn't available. We were very pleased with the product. Large meaty chunks, just chewy enough for jerky but also very tender cuts of meat. The flavor is spot on. A mix of salty, smokey, sweet and spicy - just what you want from a piece of jerky. This product is now our "go to" jerky. Ohhhh.....did I mention the price? This is competitively priced. Larger chunks of meat, same quantity in weight as other brands but at less cost. Win, win!

I buy these for my boyfriend who is an electrician, so he's always working "in the field" and doesn't stop for a proper lunch. He likes that he can just grab a few pieces on the drive between jobs. He LOVES the flavor and the thick cut. he also likes that it's not tough/dry like jerky. I pick some up on EVERY trip to Sam's Club.

Price is good, much thicker than in past. Hence inconsistent. Contents were wet, package was intact. No mold or obvious bioburden, laft open to ddy contents if not high probability to form mold. This is the 2nd package like this. If happens again, will return and recommend not buying.

I will continue to buy these because for around 85% - 90% of the pieces they are lean and tender. However, that remaining 15% - 10% has an over abundance of gristle and/or fat. But, that 85% - 90% of very lean, in around the 10 - 12 packages I've purchased to date, is enough to keep me buying. Definitely better than competing jerky which is as typically as appetising as an old shoe sole.

I can’t help but like these. They aren’t the best by any means, but I keep reaching for another piece. The chunks are irregular, I’ve had better jerky, but I find myself addicted. They are definitely worth the money, packed full of flavor, and great to chew on. I have a complex relationship with them, but…keep coming back.

We purchased the Member’s Mark Steak Strips jerky, and it was good. Nothing outstanding, but better than Jacks and had good quality, jerky was tender, easily to eat than most gas station jerky. We liked the taste and we felt that the price was good for what we got. (Price at the time was around one $ per ounce of jerky). It is at least worth giving it a try, if you’re looking for decent run of the mill jerky. This would be a good one for a road trip or a camping adventure!

This beef jerky is the only beef jerky you’ll ever need. It’s so tender and flavorful, but not overly salty. It’s the perfect combination of sweet, salty and spicy. I can’t eat any other jerky after having this. It also helps that it’s not overly priced. This jerky brings all the boys and girls to the yard. Which sucks cause I love my grass, but it’s now dead thanks to how good this jerky is.
