Unsafe??

These came in a container that was covered in a greasy layer. The lid was also loose, and when I opened it, there was no safety seal. I looked in the lid to see if it had stuck there, and there was some type of liner that may have been a seal at one point, but it looked like it had mold on it!! I'm so upset. I live 35 minutes away so I'm not driving all the way back to return these, but it makes me question buying members mark snacks ever again.

Meh

So this is my first purchase of Sam's house brand fried pork rinds. Not because I didn't want the usual Utz brand or just thought I'd try them, but because Utz is no longer available in my Sam's store. They're not awful, they're just not as flavorful as Utz pork rinds. Possibly it's because the Members Mark brand they picked for me (I ordered on line for store pick-up) has less than 3 months left on the "Best By" date. Since these are new to my store, they must have dug deep in the warehouse to get rid of the short dated merchandise. Or possible this is the best they can do. I'll never know because I probably won't buy them again. As far as value, the Members Mark house brand is 5¢ less per ounce than the Utz brand, but when I factor in the overall experience with this product, that savings is insignificant. I don't mind paying for freshness, quality, and a name brand's reputation. When it comes to paying a little extra for something as crucial as peace of mind with regard to food processing and handling, I consider that extra 5¢ per ounce a good investment.

Misleading

These are really good proj rinds, but I'm giving them three stars because they are hiding a lot of tiny pieces and dust in the middle of the container. Looking at it in the store it is all large pieces, but once opened it's clear that the nice pieces are strategically placed on the outside of the container, and a lot of "junk" is mixed in the middle to make weight.

Not good

I decided to try pork rinds for the first time several months ago and have become somewhat addicted, especially to spicy one's. That said I'm still all over plain as I enjoy the intense fried pork flavor that many deliver, that bits that almost melt in your mouth are my happy time. I've found many pork rinds lacking and well, disappointing and inedible. These, much to my disappointment, I found to be just that. These are flavorless, and lacking to me in every aspect as aside from the quantity provided. I'd say these are still a great buy, but I can't get past the lack of flavor ect.

Not so great "Pork Rinds".......

I like my pork Rinds, but while the price was right with these, the after trying them the product wasn't nearly as good. I found most of the chips to be rather small, and many of those were overly hard and not as crunchy as expected. I'm accustomed to those from back east in the Carolina's, and these didn't compare to those very well at all. Ended up throwing better than half of them away!

Crispy Yummy

These are really crispy to perfection. They're not so hard that you can't eat them but just enough where they aren't too soft. They are a tad bit on the greasy side, which gives it a particular taste that I can't pinpoint. They do need some more salt/flavor! Even as such, they are crispy deliciousness with zero carbs, best part!

Not Great

Please bring back the Utz! These are small with lots of crunchy too hard to bite pieces. Some of the pieces are kinda greasy/oily. I like my pork rinds to be light, crispy and airy. These aren't it. I have tried several tubs and just can't with these.

These Member's Mark pork rinds are just blah.

The fried pork rinds are just OK. Why did you stop selling Mac's Pork Rinds? I really enjoyed their fresh taste, different flavors, barbecue, nacho, plain. The Member's Mark Pork Rinds are not good, but not bad. I have bought them twice but after the last purchase, I won't be buying them again. I'll pay a bit extra at another retailer and get Mac's brand.

Not good

Bought these because of the reviews and my husband really likes pork rinds. Thought they would be great because ingredients are fried pork rinds and salt. Expiration date on them wasn't until next year. Mostly small pieces in container. Opened them and we both had a couple of pieces. Automatically got a chemical taste in mouth and my husband spit his out. Left a bad after taste. Smelt nasty and like bleach. Returning them and will not buy again.

Tasteless

I didn't know that it was possible to create pork rinds that were almost without any taste but now I know that it is. Don't believe it? Well, go ahead and buy these and you'll see. They are light and crunchy but so bland as to ruin the enjoyment of eating them. I had two shipped to me but took one back to Sam's for a refund. If I had been able to sample these rinds before I bought them, I wouldn't have paid one cent for them.
