The taste is a little hard to get use to very chalky and minty kind of dry. You might want to swallow it but just let it dissolve and try not to swallow as much. I’ll be the first to admit smoking is one habit that is hard to break! Anyhow they come in a pack of 8 containers. They are perfect to carry with you while you are out in the car or going to work. They have a twist on tube. Have a nice mint flavor that helped. Getting over the mental part is really hard. I’ve never really had the urge to quit up until recently so this is really helping with that. The older I am getting and my kids ask questions it’s really mad an impact, so I’m very grateful for the opportunity to try these. They taste good.
