[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a pretty decent stop smoking aid. For me, it was a bit too less than what I am use too (4mg). My husband seemed to have no trouble at all using these and keeping to it. I am glad this brand worked well for him.

We went from smoking a pack a day to just 3-5 cigarettes a day. Hopefully in a couple of weeks we stop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not my favorite. They’re large in size, too big for my preference. They’re about the size of a nickel. They have a minty flavor that is not overpowering. The taste and texture is very chalky, reminds me of a chalky antacid. I like the containers however, reuseable twist top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to quit smoking for awhile now! Thankfully Influenster sent me these to try. The taste is actually not that bad, it's a mild mint flavor. They do help a little with not getting that withdrawal type feeling from not smoking. As far as the hand to mouth like smoking a cigarette, is still missing. The only thing I don't like about the product is you have to let the mint dissolve on your tongue for twenty minutes and they advise you not to swallow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are handy while I try to stop smoking. They taste better than some of the Nicotine stuff to stop smoking. So far they are doing what they are made for. I started with the 2mg because I only smoke ultra lights so I think the 4mg would have been overkill.
