This just as good as Bi-Flex but it is a lot better so might have to cut in half to take. It cost a little more but you get more in the bottle.

Hyperextended my knee, being hit head on by 100lb dog. Knee Buckled and I went down. Been trying to stay off and heal, in the mean time, my boyfriend had these in bathroom. I thought I would give them a try.
