This just as good as Bi-Flex but it is a lot better so might have to cut in half to take. It cost a little more but you get more in the bottle.

This stuff really works. I’ve used it for years and if I forget to take it my joints remind me. Helps with thumb, elbows and knees.

I've been taking this supplement for about 6 months now and my knees no longer creak and crack when I move them, especially when standing up. However, this supplement is made in China (says so right on the label) and that worries me.
