I’ve been taking this for years. When I run out and forget to buy it, after a couple of weeks I start having joint pain.

When I consistently take these my knees don’t hurt. When I forget for a week or run out, my knees ache.

My husband bought these and used them daily. We ran out before I got more and he could tell the difference when he wasn’t taking them!

I think this has made a difference for myself and 97 year old mother that lives with me. We have been taking it for years.

This just as good as Bi-Flex but it is a lot better so might have to cut in half to take. It cost a little more but you get more in the bottle.

I haven’t been taking them very long so I am not sure of the efficacy, but I do know they are large!

Does what it is supposed to for my joints. Daily use, and exercise, has rid me of pain and stiffness.

Works well and have used for quite awhile. Priced a little too high but, is sold in the doseage I want.

This is the best product I have found for my dogs. It keeps them moving comfortably at a great price. The pills are easy to break in half.
