I think this has made a difference for myself and 97 year old mother that lives with me. We have been taking it for years.

This stuff really works. I’ve used it for years and if I forget to take it my joints remind me. Helps with thumb, elbows and knees.

Works well and have used for quite awhile. Priced a little too high but, is sold in the doseage I want.

This just as good as Bi-Flex but it is a lot better so might have to cut in half to take. It cost a little more but you get more in the bottle.
