I loved the taste and still do. This time I noticed that the oily beans are no longer! It is wonderful! They have eliminated the oil, but kept the deep, rich taste. I never could understand why the oil was there in the first place. My Cuisinart and grinder thank you! Cleanup is much easier. Excellent coffee!

I’ve tried many beans to make French Press at home and with a lot of factors that are taken into consideration for making French press (grams, coarseness, etc…), this is my favorite coffee bean thus far. I’ve been using it for a couple years. It gives a smoother, bolder flavor then many other beans I’ve tried. Tastes great in the normal coffee pot as well! My location doesn’t sell in store anymore and I’m so grateful on how easy and quickly (and inexpensive) it is to purchase online through Sam’s Club!

I enjoy Starbucks' French Roast better than this one, but i still like this coffee quite a bit! I definitely recommend this. If the Starbucks French Roast has a discount, I get the Starbucks, but any other time I get this Member's Mark and I still love my cup of coffee that I make from it. It's more than worth the try.

Great Coffee. It is very strong but that is the way I like my coffee. We buy the beans and grind them right before brewing the coffee. The only problem that I have is that it is usually not available in the Club and I have to remember to order it so that we do not run out.

We enjoy this coffee as a substitute for the StarBucks French roast at a reasonable price ( though Sbux is closing the gap with the recent price reductions!) Even though this coffee is a good value, we find the Walmart carried, "Sam's Choice Sumatra", to now be a better coffee at a slight lower price per oz, even in the 12 oz size.

Great flavored French Roast- compares well to Star Bucks FR. I use this for making cold brew coffee and it's my Favorite beverage of the day. 3 cups ground coffee, 6 cups cold filtered water ( I use mineral drops in the water ) place in tall Liter size mason jar covered and let sit 48 hrs. Strain with strainer and then filter the brew thru coffee filters and store in 2 pt size mason jars in fridge. To drink- use 1 cup coffee and 1 cup cold filtered water over ice and add you favorite cream and flavors.

If you enjoy a nice bold cup of coffee that’s not very acidic you’re gonna enjoy these Member’s Mark French Roast Beans! We use 3-4 level scoops of beans for 12 cups. The scoop is a 1/8 cup measuring cup. We’ve tried a few other beans for a change but we always come back to these. ENJOY!!!

I have purchased these beans for years and generally pleased with the flavor and freshness of them. I was in a pinch and decided to order these online. Package arrive without a tight sealed. The beans inside were all dried out. Disappointed with how these arrived at my home.

This coffee is surprisingly good. Especially fresh found and brewed in my Bialetti Mocha Pot!
