I bought this coffe because they ddi't have my regular brand on the shelf. It was really bad and very bitter.I tried it a few times and finally gave it away.

Prior to the new packaging, I would have given 5 stars. The new packaging is very difficult to open. When it's finally open, trying to pour it into the grinder is a problem -- coffee spitting out and beans all over the counter.

If you're a picky espresso drinker, you won't like the flavor. Tried it, gave it away & went back to Starbucks' dark roast. Even though I grind my own beans, it still has the cheap flavor of canned, generic coffee.

I used Member's Mark Espresso Roast for years. I tried a bag of this and can't even drink one cup. It is almost the worst coffee I have ever tasted. It is bitter and tastes like the cheapest ground you can buy.

The small and the taste is good, but it wrecked my stomach. I drink dark roasts regularly and I've had french roasts before, but Ive never experienced stomach pain like this. Terrible! Hard pass!

My local club no longer stocks this coffee even though it's members mark brand. I received two bags today that cost 25% higher than 5 months ago which tbh I expected. They both smell stale and one had a hole in the side so beans in the box. Now I have months of crappy coffee to look forward to. Can't buy anymore unless I can personally inspect the packages, so no!!

Love the rich, dark aroma and taste. Depends on your coffee preference.

Well worth the money. Don't stop at the coffee shop make it at home and save a bundle.
