If I could have given this rice 0 stars, I would. This is absolutely horrible quality rice. Different length grains like other reviewers commented, black pieces/sediment like pieces throughout just 1 1/2 cups of rice. Tried to pick it out. Rinse off my rice like I always do because I needed it the night it came in. Always put extra liquid in my rice and it STILL came out hard like the rice was mostly uncooked after almost TWENTY minutes of boiling. And no. Not burnt. HARD like the rice is heat resistant plastic. Never regretted a purchase more quickly or thoroughly in my life. My child who LOVES rice refused to even finish the little bit she was given.

Online description stated that this was parboiled. Obviously, the writer did not read the label. Just plain old long grain rice, folks!

this rice has a very good flavor unlike some that are so bland.it's a big bag but it does have a ziplock on it.

We thought it would be like long-grain Indian rice. It isn’t. When cooked, it turns into sticky clumps. Not planning to buy this again.

I work with a non profit to feed starving children and use a lot of rice. The price is fair and the product has always been fresh.
