I've purchased this brand w/o any problem for the last year; but my Jan.2023 order was a bad batch. the halves were dry and extremely bitter. This had to be an old batch.

I have bought these pecans over and over. Incredible value compared to purchasing them in a grocery store! It is very simple and quick to chop them myself.

I purchased these before & they weren’t so good. Bought again. Still awful. Pecans aren’t supposed to be MUSHY. If they are fresh, they should be crispy. Will not buy theses again!

Great price but they never seem to be very fresh. Always on the softer side, rather than crunchy. I use them for baking so I’m not too picky about it, but they could definitely be fresher.

These pecans use to be the best for the price and the value. Now they are dry and have no flavor. i tried to return but they were not eligible for return through the mail. I will not be purchasing again.

We buy these often as they are my husband's favorite snack, but the last two times we have gotten them they have been very dry and strong like they are from a crop that is at least three years old. We always get older tasting nuts when we order online but they haven't been good in store either.

The Members Mark pecans DO NOT live up to my expectations. I have been buying the pecans at Sam's club for years, and have always been very satisfied - hence the repurchases. But I was very disappointed in the Members Mark bag I purchased this Fall. The pecan halves were not as large as in the past. There were many broken halves and pieces: 1/3 to be exact. Of the 32oz. bag, the broken halves and pieces weighed 10.68oz. As I use the pecans as gifts at Christmas, and for pies, I want the entire pecan half, I will not buy the Members Mark bag again.

Two stars -- Quality of these pecans is that bad; they look nothing like the photo. The pecans as skinny dark & more than a few are rancid. The quality of these is just horrible, the last several months. I was at a friends house & they served some meaty & tasty pecans; when I asked where they got the pecans from, they pulled out a Kirkland bag. Have also had a High failure rate of the outer bag zipper seal pulling off one side of the bag, this also is an issue that Many Members Mark products seem to share, how hard is it to make a bag where the zip seal stays attached ..... apparently it is too hard for the Members Mark vendor

I am terribly disappointed in the quality of the Member’s Mark pecans. They don’t have good flavor; they actually taste old. They look almost burnt, even though they are raw. They are very dark brown, and some have black areas on them. I am including a photo. In the photo along with Member’s Mark pecans is a small bowl of some pecans I purchased elsewhere. Golden brown pecans is what I have come to expect. Sam’s needs to secure a different supplier! Would love my money back or better yet, for Sam’s to replace the product with quality pecans. System will not upload the photo!

Good, high-quality nuts. These are un-salted, used in recipes. That said, they really don't need salt if you eat them as a snack. Almost the whole bag is solid halves, with a few stray broken pieces but this isn't a deal-breaker as I just eat them as a snack. The previous bag bought had smaller nuts, but again, not a deal-breaker.
