The pecans were ok…but seemed to be darker, swiveled, seemed old. You have provided better. They were usable but just did not seem fresh.

Just in time for holiday baking and serving alone. A perfect 2 pound bag is just the right size for what I use pecans for.

The pecan Halves are good. I just wish that there would have been pieces to buy as well to cut down on the work needed

Tasting a little old but not inedible. Keep bag in freezer and eat a handful when need a good snack. Last bag I purchased was excellent.

The pecan lacked the flavor of a pecan. I don't know what was wrong with the nuts. I will wait until later to get some other kind from Sam's.

In the raw state they are chewy and nutty tasting, when roasted they become hard and more mild. Perfect for baking too.

Use what you need and zip the bag closed. You can always freeze these nuts for extended freshness. Great price.
