I love these and the price is good also. In the grocery store you pay just about the same price for a small bag.

In the raw state they are chewy and nutty tasting, when roasted they become hard and more mild. Perfect for baking too.

We have purchased these natural nuts for some time and find that they are fresh and keep extremely well in the refrigerator.

I eat them plain. We roast them with a bit of egg white and sugar (great on salads). Made wonderful pecan butter in my food processor.

Great for snacks! These nuts are great to have as a snack, not to mention adding them to cookies or a cake or a pie!
