I dont always have time to cook chicken for my meals so this is a good solution. The lids dont require a can opener so they are easy to open. 1 can is 2 meals for me. I can put 1/2 in a salad and the other half i usually use to make a chicken salad sandwich. So they last awahile which is nice. Its also easier cleanup since its already cooked.

Love keeping this chicken breast on hand. Mostly use it to make chicken salad, but I have thrown it in a frying pan and made things like chicken fried rice. Always good quality! My easy and quick Chicken Salad - Drain liquid, add to bowl, dollop of mayo, dollop of sour cream, salt, pepper, dash of onion powder, pinch of sugar (in my case pinch of Splenda). Options - pickle relish, buttermilk ranch, chopped celery, garlic powder ... or anything else you may have in the cabinet. (Recipes are merely suggestions - right?)

The meat looks like solid breast meat and has with a mild flavor. It's great for chicken salads as an alternate to tuna salads and can be used interchangeably and more economical than tuna. One can will make 4 to 5 nice sandwiches. I mix it with chopped onion and celery the mix in mayonnaise to taste. The shelf life is great. If you're a prepper, this is an affordable long shelf-life high protein staple. If you wish, you can save the water drained from can as a chicken stock. It's too salty to drink as chicken broth.

Great value, compared to $2 can at local grocery store. However, mine came damaged with one can so crunched, I didn't want to chance it so threw it away. I'm sure I could have returned it, but that would necessitate a trip to the store, and I ordered online so I didn't have to go to the store.

I love this chicken. I have been using it for years. It has an awesome fresh flavor. I use it in different recipes. Wonderful with rice and pastas, great in soups, on quesadillas, exceptionally good as a topping for salads. You can’t go wrong with this chicken. P.S. My dog loves it too.

I keep these on hand to make a couple of quick meals. Quesadillas, almond & craisin chicken salad, and mix with bbq sauce, to name a few. I dump mine into a colander and rinse well while breaking up the bigger chunks. The taste is ok, just don’t are for the smell.

Very good when you are preparing a chicken casserole or other dish that just needs a little chicken. The chicken meat is white, fresh, and delicious and when I added the broth that comes with it to my casserole it turned out even better. Well worth the price.

The chicken by itself is not very tasty, a bit bland. What it is good for is adding to the ready-made dinners such as Tika marsala or other chicken and sauce based dinners. Those generally have a lot of sauce and not much protein so we always add a can of this chicken to bulk it up.

product is great but shipping really sucks...thot I'd try it one more time and see how things went...it wasn't package securely and the heavy cans beat up the lonely box of banana bread mix...I've complained about the shipping the last time it came... I'll not have items shipped again..if I can't get it local or when it comes back in the store i just won't get it...

I like to have this type of canned chicken on hand for quick fix recipes and have used this before but I didn't remember it being this salty. The saltiness almost makes it inedible when made into chicken salad. It is usable in other dishes as long as extra salt is not used.
