When you can't stop as soon as nature calls, these guards will protect your clothing from any possible "leaks". They fit well and are comfortable.

They have a total protection system that has a drift fit feature and they are hypoallergenic and breathable. Perfect for small outings where a bathroom is not always available . Saves embarrassing accidents.

This is the first time I ever bought pads. They worked good and are odorless. I don't know if mens pads are all the same, but these things were much larger than I thought they would be. I saw nothing in the ad that mentioned the size. They're huge. They could advertise these as "incontinence and shart protection in1 convenient pad".

They do not feel wet on your skin which can be irritating. He did need to buy other underwear as they did not attach to his typical ones but they stick well and do not budge. He did not complain about them and was pleased with them.
