I asked my husband to try these out for me and let me know what he thinks of them. He's never really had a problem with incontinence so it was tough for him to agree, but he did. He tried one on at night. First off he tells me, if you're going to use these, you need to have the tighty whities or some form of underwear that hold you in place. Boxers are definitely out.
