[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fits well, when put in place, and seems to stay in place. And is more comfortable to wear, than adult diapers. It seems to be very absorbent. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is it is a little bulky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Member's Mark Total Protection Guards for Men I didn't know they made these for men and I didn't even know men wore them and if they did how would they use them like where would they put it? I have so many questions lol but I used them when I was on my period I liked that they were big and they had maximum absorbency but I don't like pads that don't have wings they stay on better if they have wings.

They difinitely do a good job absorbing moisture and he leaves them in for quite a long while. He uses them mostly for leakage as he is able to use the bathroom when he needs to go completely. I would say the only complaint is that they don't stay in place as well as i had hoped. He has lost a good amount of weight lately so his briefs don't fit as snuggly as they use to so the pads have plenty of room to shift around. It seems to me that we need to go underwear shopping. With proper undergarments I would assume there wouldn't be any issues at all.

I worried that ppl could see that I was wearing one, but they couldn't thankfully. They kept me dry and no leakage problem. Also have great odor protection. I would recommend this product!

They do not feel wet on your skin which can be irritating. He did need to buy other underwear as they did not attach to his typical ones but they stick well and do not budge. He did not complain about them and was pleased with them.

They are really easy to use, they adhere to the underwear and positioned where needed. It is really absorbent and most importantly, very discreet. I highly recommend these, specifically for people who do not really need or are not ready for the full incontinence briefs.
