They are a good size not too big. Sometimes the adhesive doesn’t want to stick but only on certain fabrics.

They're very affordable and my dad said they aren't really uncomfortable but they take a little getting used to. But he did say that they are easier than the underwear. They are really easy to use, they adhere to the underwear and positioned where needed. It is really absorbent and most importantly, very discreet. I highly recommend these, specifically for people who do not really need or are not ready for the full incontinence briefs.
