They are a good product, that helps when you leak a little bit.

These are great to use with the diapers to prevent leakage.

Members Mark Men's Guards are great and offer the most protection from incontinence accidents! I agree with another post I read. Women's pad are made wrong. They should be wider in the front like these men's guards. If I buy women's pads I always turn them around backwards so the wider part is in the front. I have been using these pads for about a year now and they work better at containing and absorbing leaks than any women's incontinence pad out there. I don't care that they are made for men, they work for me and that's all that matters. Sam's Club - please keep these in stock and don't change them!

Good pricing, work well but am very concerned being out of stock. Are you fazing out or just out of stock and how soon do you expect. When us guys find something that works well for us, we don't need worrying about it being discontinued and need to find an item to replace.

These work very well and can absorb quite a bit without leaks. I wish they would not use an over-wrap on them though as it does not contribute to the product and seems wasteful.
