I was able place these in the front of my underwear, after urination I would have problems dripping occasionally a little blood, these did a really good job absorbing any liquid and allowing my outer garmets to stay dry.

I have so many questions lol but I used them when I was on my period I liked that they were big and they had maximum absorbency but I don't like pads that don't have wings they stay on better if they have wings.
