They are hypoallergenic and dermatology tested. They have a dry fit weave to prevent leaks. There are 6 levels of absorbency. I tried the 6th level and I felt protected. It worked! I really love that the back and front is contoured for a better fit. The pads stayed put and did not shift. Overall I felt that I could sleep well and not worry about accidents.

Dri-fit, cotton, hypo allergenic,and dermatologist tested. They are contoured for comfort. The removable liner has arrows pointing to the front of the pad. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dr put me on durectics for my high blood pressure and due to swelling and up into till then I never tried overnight pad but these help with incontinence and has a soft core protection but the only drawback I find is that they are a little bulky but other than that they work great for overall protection and I would reccomend to anyone who has a issue with bladder control

They're long, cotton soft and very quick to absorb. They are very comfortable. The back is kind of unique, it is wider than the front, so I get better protection where I need it when sleeping. They're hypoallergenic and have odor control. They each come in a little pouch to help with disposal and make it easier to carry with you. The tape also shows you which is the front. They have purple designs on them and I think they're great. I would recommend them.

Absorbent is pretty good and hold a pretty decent amount. It is good for postpartum or even for an adult diaper. The adhesive is strong enough to stay on. However, I would not use it for regular period day because it is still feel hot and thick.
