[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Members Mark Overnight pads are alright, but I’ll stick with my always brand just feels more comfortable than these. They’re absorbent and are leakage proof but just couldn’t get the comfort part. Thanks for the opportunity though.

Is this item a replacement for the Ultimate Womens Long pad 108 count to a box? I am going to try them daytime maybe with wide part in front for absorbency? Will post an update with my results. BUT in the interim would love to hear from Sams as to ifthis is going to be a replacement for Ultimate Long 108 to a box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are very comfortable to wear overnight. The pads stay in place even on on a restless sleeper who constantly changes positions while sleeping. The overnight pads are highly absorbent while remaining very comfortable to wear.

It is not very discreet. I would only use them at night not during the day because of their size. It would be great if they were smaller, not as thick or long. Thank you for letting me try them.
