[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mother is in her mid 80's and she refuses to wear adult diapers, which wouldn't be an issue if not for her inability to control her bladder until she reaches the bathroom. I knew that Member's Mark had a very good reputation when it comes to incontinence products, so I talked my mother into trying these Member's Mark Total Protection Overnight Pads. I am happy to say that she Loves them! The pads are 13" long, with the front end of the pad being 3 1/2" wide, while the back end of the pad tapers out to a width of 5 1/4", offering better protection when she is sleeping. They are individually packaged and feature a 2 1/2" wide adhesive strip along the underside, to assure they stay well secured throughout the night. These pads feature a super absorbent Dri-Fit hypoallergenic fiber blend core that wicks urine away from her skin. She especially appreciates the Odor Guard technology that Member's Mark has incorporated into the core of these pads. It's one thing to accidentally wet herself during the night, but waking up smelling like urine is unacceptable for both her & my stepdad. The surface of the pad is enhanced cotton, which reduces friction & helps to prevent chafing. There is a 3/4 inch cotton fiber edging with water resistant backing around the entire pad. The middle portion of this edging is gathered with an elastic stitching, which allows the pad to conform to her body, thereby preventing any urine from leaking onto her inner thighs. My mom is so grateful that Maker's Mark offers her a high quality, well designed alternative to sleeping in adult diapers. Highly Recommend!

They're long, cotton soft and very quick to absorb. They are very comfortable. The back is kind of unique, it is wider than the front, so I get better protection where I need it when sleeping. They're hypoallergenic and have odor control. They each come in a little pouch to help with disposal and make it easier to carry with you. The tape also shows you which is the front. They have purple designs on them and I think they're great. I would recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has used tampons for well over a decade, I was little unsure about using a pad. I haven’t used one since middle school/early high school, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The positives are it’s definitely absorbent and quite long so there’s no way you’ll experience any leaks. The main negative is how diaper-like this is. It is made to be worn overnight so you’re not parading around in this or having to try to hide this under clothes but it is bulky. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to sleep with this but it wasn’t actually uncomfortable once I got into bed. Overall, I did like this because I knew when I woke up in the morning there wouldn’t be a speck of blood on my sheets or clothes. So if you’re comfortable with pads and want something you can rely on overnight, I would recommend it.

They come in a package of 30 and come wrapped in a small package so that you could easily keep one as a spare in your purse or overnight bag. I love the sticky strip that attaches to your underwear. I know these are for overnight protection but you could wear them during the day as well. They are just so comfortable!

Got the right size for my mom and regret throwing away the box, because these are now useless. They raised the price and now make these pads out of cheaper or less quality materials. These last five year everything's gotten smaller and more expensive. Everything except fortune five hundred.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are enormous and bulky. I felt like I was wearing a diaper which if I only wear to sleep I probably won’t care as much. The important thing is I didn’t experience any leakage, which really shouldn’t be surprising given the size of the pad. I prefer my usual go-to overnight line which is way slimmer with no leakage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally!! A pad that covers and protects while I sleep. Member’s Mark Total Protection Overnight Pads For Women is awesome! They are hypoallergenic and dermatology tested. They have a dry fit weave to prevent leaks. There are 6 levels of absorbency. I tried the 6th level and I felt protected. It worked! I really love that the back and front is contoured for a better fit. The pads stayed put and did not shift. Overall I felt that I could sleep well and not worry about accidents.
